The price changes seasonally but on average the Casita Arriba is between $60-75 per night and the Casita Abajo is between $50-65. There is also a $15 cleaning fee.

Are meals included?

No. Guests will need to arrive with their food items which can be stored and prepared in the communal kitchen which is equipped with the basics, so specialty oils and spices will need to brought with you. Local organic coffee and sugar are provided in the casitas.

Is the water safe to drink?

Yes. All of the water entering the casitas and the kitchens passes through a carbon filter and a UV light filter. Therefore it is safe for consumption out of the tap. I provide an extra filter process in the form of an Eco-Filtro in all locations.
